Shipping Times and Costs
Artemiss Creations is an Australian company, and all orders are filled and shipped from Australia. Orders are generally sent within 1-3 business days (exc. West Australian public holidays) of the order and payment being received. Shipping costs are calculated on a weight basis by Australia Post, and can be viewed during the checkout process (before final payment is made).

All currencies shown on this website are in Australian Dollars ($AU). For conversions to other currencies, I would recommend using www.xe.com

All customs and taxes which may be incured on importing orders into your country are the responsibility of the buyer. If you are concerned about taxes or customs, please check with your local customs authorities before ordering.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
Artemiss Creations makes sure that great care is taken in packaging every order to protect each item within it, and guarantees that no item will leave the shop in less-than-perfect condition. However, even the best packaging can be damaged with rough treatment through the postal system. Sadly, Artemiss Creations cannot take responsibilty for orders once they have been posted and it is strongly suggested that you complain to your local postal service should your order get lost in the post, or you receive mistreated goods as these items can not be refunded. On rare occassions, mistakes can be made with orders; be it a missing item, or the wrong item. Should you encounter one of these situations please contact Danika directly and she will do her best to sort it out for you.
